Honestly, before going in for the procedure, I kept asking all the staff “Does it hurt..?” over and over endlessly, and they all lied and said it didn’t hurt ㅠㅠㅠㅠ so I went in without thinking much and came out crying under my mask lol
I’ve had yo-yo weight changes twice since then, but the saddlebag area that was treated has not bulged back out again.

Fortunately, with the arms, I really only felt sensations during the procedure, and there was almost no pain. But the extracorporeal shockwave therapy during aftercare was a shock.
