Even one star is too good for them. Before surgery, they put everything in the contract that was favorable to them and made me sign it, and afterward their response was truly terrible. After the columella cartilage graft in my nose loosened, it makes a clicking sound and moves inside my nose when I talk or laugh, in a way only I can feel. The doctor acknowledged that. But unlike the surgery review they posted on the site, the effect was really minimal, so I went back, only to get the director’s attitude of saying something like, "just do another surgery~" and all those blame-shifting comments like "didn’t you touch your nose? wasn’t it like this? wasn’t it like that?" If I wasn’t satisfied, it was basically "I already did the surgery, so look at the before-and-after photos and go." In the end, the fixation really had come loose, and because I didn’t even want to face the director anymore, I asked for a refund minus the material cost. They said there had been a misunderstanding with the director, but what misunderstanding exactly...? The director causes the trouble and the consultation manager cleans it up. I’m disappointed in how they handle things, very much so. Do not expect any kindness from the director.
