The doctor gives a very direct, detailed consultation about the shortcomings of your face. He points out even the parts you hadn’t thought about, but he doesn’t force you into surgery. They’re famous for noses, but it seems they’re good at other things too. He pointed out a part I had never even considered as the biggest problem, so I’m torn over whether to do it or not.
