People around me often told me I had a cute-looking face because of a bit of cheek fat,
but recently I guess I got hooked on a slim V-line, so I wanted to get Botox and contour injections and went around consulting at several dermatology clinics.
I went to Cheongdam too.. and Apgujeong too.. I went around to quite a few places roughly, and the prices varied so much that I thought about it for a while.
But considering everyone’s reviews and thinking it over, I felt that Botox and contour injection procedures are all more or less the same..
So in the end, I just went to ㅌㅅㅇㅍ near my house and had the procedures done around this time last week.
They had said contour injections show effects starting from the 3rd session, but even after the 1st session, there was a noticeable effect.
During the procedure, the doctor rotated a blunt-tip cannula clockwise repeatedly, but it didn’t hurt that much,
and since they said the broken-down fat would be excreted through urine after the procedure, maybe because of that, I felt like I needed to urinate often.
For the square jaw Botox and nasal ala Botox, they used a thin injection needle. The square jaw was tolerable enough...
but when I got the shots around the nasal ala.. it hurt quite a bit..
For the square jaw, after about 2-3 days I felt like the muscle volume had reduced quite a lot, but for the nasal ala, well..
They said the nasal ala area only controls the surrounding muscles to reduce flaring.. so visually, I didn’t really feel like there was much change.
Considering the cost I invested, I’m glad I got overall satisfactory results.
For the contour injections, I’ll go every 2 weeks and try getting up to 3 sessions.
