I went in thinking it was a hospital specializing in nostril reduction, and both the director and the manager said the same things, speaking with expertise. During the consultation, they recommended improving alar drooping and making the tip of the nose more defined with ear cartilage. They said that after the procedure it would look natural and could also satisfy me with the change in shape. But because I have a short nose, I also thought that lifting the alar drooping might make my nose look even shorter.. The manager was kind and enthusiastic. The director seemed to prefer only local anesthesia for safety. But he was a bit blunt, and his tone felt somewhat bothered..
