It's better not to expect the doctor to be kind lol I had alar reduction, and it turned out naturally well enough that I'm satisfied. But I think it varies from person to person. I only had alar reduction without silicone or cartilage, because I wanted cosmetic surgery that wouldn't change my impression too much, so I'm satisfied in my own way.
