It's been 3 to 4 months since my alar reduction, and the side where the incision was made on the right seems to have a slight scar. It's also a surgery I somewhat regret, but my nose does seem smaller overall than before.. Well, I'm just taking it as it is. I think I should watch it a bit longer, but after one or two months the swelling went down and it became more natural. People around me said it looked a bit noticeable before that.
