Before seeing the director, you first talk to the consultation manager, and honestly I don't get why you have to see them first. Maybe it's because the director is really busy and they want a better turnover rate, but anyway, having to repeat to the director what I already said to the manager was a little exhausting. Getting facial judgment from the manager was also ridiculous. They kept mentioning patents, such a patent-obsessed person... The director seems skilled, and if you're worried about nostrils, even if it's expensive, honestly this is probably the right place. I've seen a lot of cases where people did it cheaply elsewhere, got scars around the nostrils, and needed revision surgery.
