What stands out in my memory is how kind the consultation manager was. The director was honest and straightforward about what the overall problems with my nose were and what surgery was needed, which I liked. However, depending on the person, it could feel like a brutally honest comment, so I think some people could be hurt by it. The price also feels a bit expensive for nostril reduction.
