When I had my first surgery, I asked for it to look natural, but my nasal tip ended up too blunt, so I didn’t like it. As time passed, it got absorbed, and I was completely unhappy with the line too; I immediately decided I needed revision surgeryㅠ For the revision, I really didn’t want it to go wrong, so I searched online and went to consultations like crazy, and then I met a director who caught exactly what I wanted all at once, so I decided to go with him. For the silicone implant on the bridge, I changed it to a thin one but kept the height the same, and for the nasal tip, I used autologous costal cartilage and ear cartilage to bring out the line a bit more and make it higher. I wanted a feminine? line. I think it came out almost exactly the way I told the director during the consultation and when designing it on the day of surgery. What do you think? For now, people around me are all saying it turned out well, so I’m satisfied, but the one thing I’m disappointed about isㅜ the director did mention it during the consultation too, but since my left-right asymmetry was severe, he said it would be hard to perfectly correct the positions of the nostril wings and the asymmetry of the nostrils. Still, I also feel like this level is okay.. Anyway, I’m much more satisfied than before! It looks like it turned out well, right? Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
