Medial epicanthoplasty restoration vs double eyelid surgery

I went to get double eyelid surgery, but they said my skin is on the firm side, so to reduce surgical error it would be better to do medial epicanthoplasty and double eyelid surgery separately, so I only had medial epicanthoplasty. Since I had only medial epicanthoplasty while my eyes were small and monolid, I keep thinking they were opened too excessively. But since my eyes are not finished yet, I'm really torn over whether it would be better to think about this after double eyelid surgery, or whether I should do restoration first. I'm more drawn to doing double eyelid surgery and then restoration, because that place is a really famous hospital for double eyelid surgery. My family also had it done at that hospital and the results were really good. Also, I'm really curious what my eyes would look like when finished, and I might even like them.. So right now, what I want is to do double eyelid surgery first and then medial epicanthoplasty restoration about 1 year later?ㅠㅠ Everyone, please share your opinions..!! Reasons I want medial epicanthoplasty restoration 1. Because of excessive opening, a lot of the upper skin is lifted, making me look hollow-eyed 2. My wide nasal alae look even more emphasized 3. My pupils are on the small side, and since only medial epicanthoplasty has been done, my eyes look droopy and make me look like I have strabismus 4. I have hollowness in the aegyo-sal under-eye roll —> In my opinion, except for 4, these seem like issues that would be resolved if I get double eyelid surgery..ㅠ Or maybe not?ㅜㅜ
