Part 2) I was so angry I didn’t notice the post got cut off. I’ll keep writing. The clinic contacted me and said they would do what I wanted, but I had to come according to the clinic’s schedule, so I went from out of town. Then suddenly they brought some strange paper settlement agreement. When I asked what it was? they said they would process compensation insurance for me, so I should sign agreeing to the insurance claim. Not knowing anything, I said I couldn’t agree to a settlement, but that I consented. The content was that they would file it with insurance, and in exchange I would absolutely not mention the clinic name in the community. And they wouldn’t even let me take a photo of the agreement. So I asked if insurance wasn’t too bothersome, and they said I would only have to take a few phone calls, but it would take 3 months. Thinking it was better to keep things amicable, I agreed. The clinic director put me in a consultation room, said the air conditioner was broken, and because there were other customers, they couldn’t even open the door. For the moment, I said okay, agreed, and left the clinic. But then a few days later, an insurance company loss adjuster called and said medical malpractice would need to be assessed, and told me to file with the medical dispute mediation agency myself. If I was going to file with the medical dispute mediation agency myself and prove medical malpractice myself, why did I agree to insurance? I feel disgusted with myself. I called the clinic and asked, even without my consent, couldn’t the clinic file it? They said yes. Didn’t you say it wouldn’t be bothersome?? When I asked, the clinic director said? “That’s strange!!” That was the answer. ㅠㅠ I asked them to discard the consent form, and they said okay. I was angry and said I would write about this in a community, and they said it would not be good for the patient. Then they said, “Why don’t you just have revision surgery at our clinic?” They said it like that. If you were everyone here, would you do it? I asked them to at least send a photo of it being discarded, but there’s still no answer. If they were going to be like this from the beginning, why did they make me come and go, and why did they tell me to bring the payment card? 10 hours round trip. I feel pathetic about myself.
강뽀또리 Absolutely never, never have surgery at a place where it went wrong!!!!!
Maverick [@강뽀또리] I don’t want to either How am I supposed to wait another 6 months? And if it fails again ㅠㅠ
익 Make sure you settle only after receiving both the principal amount and compensation for damages!! I’m sorry, but could you at least give the clinic’s initials? I’m also having revision surgery for a short nose.. It’s already so hard to find a good clinicㅠ Please help me avoid a blacklisted one at least.
