In 2020, I got natural adhesion double eyelid surgery at another hospital on my monolid eyes, aiming for a natural inner-double-eyelid style. But after just 2 years, it gradually started to come undone, and this year I was left with just creases, which was so stressful. Because the double eyelids only barely showed when I wore mascara or strained my eyes, a lot of people I know thought I had monolids.. So I made an appointment right away to get them firmly fixed again.. haha I had always heard that the clinic was good at making double eyelids look natural, but I didn’t know it would turn out this well.. First of all, unlike my first double eyelid surgery, I felt that the fixation was very firm. They said that because I have quite protruding eyes, mine tend to loosen more easily than other people’s, and while kindly explaining the reason and principle, they said they would firmly secure it with 8 fixation points so it wouldn’t come undone (usually, it’s common to place about 3-5 fixation points). They said there would be a bit more swelling because of that, but as long as it doesn’t come undone...!! The director was so sweet.. Conclusion: I’m extremely satisfied.. It feels like it will absolutely not come undone, and the difference in fixation strength compared to before is huge. The swelling is still going down slowly even now, but I think it seems fine in the long term.
