I went there through a referral from someone I knew without researching properly, and now I'm looking into revision surgery at another hospital after having nose surgery there. The director is very kind, but... they made an avatar that doesn't suit my face, my nostrils became uneven to the point where one side is twice the size of the other, and the tip of my nose keeps drooping more and more.
