The hospital interior was neat and nice. The front desk staff were kind, and the manager was an older woman who barely does any sales talk. She only talks about the surgery cost. If you’re going for a consultation, it’d be good to prepare your questions. Personally, as someone who dislikes aggressive sales, I felt the manager here was okay. She only says what’s necessary. The director was very kind as rumored, and usually they only set the double-eyelid line on one side and stop, but here the director sets both sides. They make the line beautifully and the consultation was very comfortable. Other places just listed the downsides of my eyes and additionally recommended other procedures besides double eyelid surgery, but here the director talked about the strengths of my eyes, which I liked. “You have nice, clean eyes. You don’t need canthoplasty either. Just do a non-incisional procedure.” It made me think I’d want to get surgery here if I do it. I felt the director was optimistic. I’m leaving this consultation review in case it helps others because it was such a pleasant consultation.
