Under-eye surgery for keloid-prone skin

I’m looking into under-eye surgery for my mom, and since she has keloid-prone skin, I’m a bit worried about swelling after surgery. Because of her age too, I wondered if it was right to have her get surgery. Among the hospitals I happened to be looking into, ㄷㅌㅂ says that when they do under-eye surgery, they operate in a way that lets them perform the surgery and hemostasis at the same time?? so you don’t have to worry about swelling and bruising. It was on YouTube and their website, but in cases where surgery is done like this, can I think of it as recovery being almost trouble-free without much hardship during the recovery period? This place mainly does under-eye fat removal surgery. I’m also curious whether hospitals that do removal-focused surgery all operate this way..ㅎ
