I was someone who had never thought about an implant-free nose and was looking into rhinoplasty thinking silicone was obviously something I should put in. But when I went for a consultation, they said it seemed sufficiently possible to do it implant-free here, so I was surprised. They said it would be fine as long as I didn’t have a big desire for height. Since I had never thought about going implant-free, I was flustered, but looking at the before-and-after photos, the lines were better than I expected, and if it’s possible without using an implant, I think that’s beneficial from my perspective too, so I thought it was okay. The director was honest and the consultation itself felt good, so for now I think I’ll consider it more.
