One month after thigh liposuction! I'm happy haha

Hello????? haha It's finally been one month!! since I had thigh liposuction~ I was 157 cm tall and 50 kg, and I was a typical “bottom-heavy” person whose lower body was thicker than the rest of my body^.^ Everywhere else was thin (my very personal subjective opinion ^-^), but my thighs were especially thick.. so my calves and ankles looked pitiful....ㅠㅠㅠㅠ퓨ㅠ Honestly....... my thighs stressed me out so much, so I tried CoolSculpting, PPC (twice.. hehe), lower-body aroma care, carboxy.. anything said to be effective for thigh reduction. I’m really not lying, I tried everything. But the result was that I lost a very, very, very tiny bit, and everything failed................ Even thinking about it now, the money feels wastedㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ(shaking)

After making a big decision, these days I really live for the joy of looking at my thighsㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Me running to the mirror as soon as I wake up in the morning............. Are these really my thighs....♥ A total of 3000 cc, pure fat amount 2200 cc, incisions were one on each side of the front bikini line, one at the back near the tailbone, for a total of three scar areas! After liposuction, I was really worried about the scars, but there were few incision sites and they weren’t in noticeable areas. I heard lots of other people had incisions at the knees, but I loved that I had fewer scarsㅋㅋ Someone at the hospital had surgery at another hospital and came in for revision surgery, and they came with as many as 8 wounds, so I heard the doctor and nurses were surprised... I felt relieved over and over because I only had 3 incisionsㅎㅎㅎㅎhehehㅎㅎ

On the day of surgery, I arrived at the hospital, had blood drawn, signed the surgical consent form, went over a few precautions and had a consultation, then they measured me for the compression garment. Other people wrote that putting on the compression garment after surgery was hard, but when I woke up after surgery, the compression garment was already on, and because they sutured me right after surgery ended, almost no fluid leaked!!!!! I was surprised because I woke up in such a clean stateㅎㅎㅎ Almost no fluid leaked, so I didn’t need to lie on pet sheets!!! I had general anesthesia and started at 11 a.m., then woke up at 2 p.m.ㅎㅎ

The director had expected 1500 cc, but said there was surprisingly a lot of fatㅋㅋㅋ;;;;;;; On the day of surgery, I was so sore and had trouble walking to the point that I wondered, what is this...........ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ But contrary to the pain, seeing my thighs become slimmer made two tears of emotion fall................. drip.......... The manager said I’d have to struggle a bit for a week after surgery, but it was hard for about 3–5 days.... After a week passed, moving became much easier and the bruising also went down a lotㅎㅎㅎ Days 4–6 were when the swelling was the worstㅠㅠ After one week, you’ll probably be able to see the swelling and bruises gradually going downㅎㅎㅎ For 20 days, I tried hard to walk and stroll a lot to make my stiff legs flexible!!

These days I’m really happy, everyoneㅎㅎㅎㅎ I received all 3 radiofrequency care sessions! Radiofrequency care definitely felt like it helped the swelling go down~ The bio-bond is gradually disappearing too! The whole area used to be hard, but now there are some soft areas tooㅎㅎㅎ For exercise, I stretch at home every evening! In the evening, I stroll and walk with a friend!ㅎㅎ Even now, if I sit for a long time and suddenly stand up, it feels soreㅠㅠ I should stretch whenever I can at work too!!! Now I’m slowly looking into going to the gymㅎㅎ I think the gym suits me better than yoga or Pilatesㅎㅎㅎㅎ Post-liposuction care is important too!!! For meals! I’m trying to eat one meal a day! Though it doesn’t go well........ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ I’m also doing half-body baths regularly! When showering, rub-rub massage~ I never skip itㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ
