Eye Surgery Reviews@eye-review

1-year review of natural adhesion, ptosis correction, and canthoplasty!

Only the very last photo is from before surgery, and the rest are recent! haha

I was stressed because of my uneven eyes, and it’s already been 1 year since surgery! I had it done around this time last year. My double eyelid was uneven, so I only had it on one side, and because of that, there was quite a big difference in eye size too ㅠㅠㅠ It was so hard to draw eyeliner when doing makeup, and I’m already not good at makeup... But going around with bare eyes looked too bad too... so I ended up getting surgery, sob.. haha My eyes were long and slit-looking, and the space between my brows was wide too, so I also had medial epicanthoplasty and lower canthoplasty.

I got both sides done because I was worried it would become uneven again if I only did one side! After surgery, I definitely felt that both eyes matched better and were corrected, and makeup is easier too haha. Even with just a little eye makeup, I look much prettier, and honestly I also like my bare eyes without makeup, so after surgery there are many times when I don’t do heavy eye makeup haha At the hospital, I think they said my swelling went down quickly and was especially on the lower side. This part varies by person ㅠㅠㅠㅠ Anyway, I was really happy my eyes settled quickly~!!! haha An outline double eyelid can look very obviously surgical if it goes wrong, but it was still the line I wanted, so I made up my mind and did it. At this level, it’s not too much and looks natural, right.. haha Now it’s been a long time since surgery, so it just feels completely like my own eyes and comfortable, but in the beginning I seriously worked really hard on eye-opening exercises and warm/cold compresses!!!!! haha I also think maybe because of that, it settled a bit faster!
