Before and after <my nose now, about 1 year later> After <my current nose with makeup on> This was my first cosmetic surgery in my life, and it’s a surgery I’m still completely satisfied with.
I got it done during summer vacation in my second year of high school. At the time, my anxiety disorder and depression were severe, so I was extremely nervous before the surgery. It was also my first time under sedation anesthesia, so I was so scared I thought I might die, but all those worries turned out to be unnecessary because it didn’t hurt and it was totally okay!!
After the surgery, I hadn’t realized it before, but my nose before surgery really looked way too big for my face. When you look only at the nose in the photos like this, you might think the size didn’t decrease as much as expected, but when you look at the overall harmony of the whole face, you can really tell that the proportion the nose takes up on the face has decreased a lot. I really think getting this surgery before entering university was a perfect move, and thanks to it, I’m happily enjoying my freshman life. Also, last year everyone was wearing masks, so there was no problem at all with recovery either.
