I had my first surgery with silicone and ear cartilage, and about a year later I had revision surgery on just the nasal tip, but now my nose is very crooked and the implant shows through. The columella has also been pushed far inward.. I’m currently looking into revision surgery, but since I was so young and didn’t know anything when I had it done, I just looked at photos, chose the hospital I liked most, only had a consultation there, and went through with it, and in the end it caused problems.. I really regret it. I wish I had researched my first surgery as thoroughly as a revision surgery.
