Bulbous nose consultation legwork review: 4 places

I have a bulbous nose. The side profile and nasal bridge are okay, but from the front it looks wide and spread out. 1. Clinic 1 (ㄴㅂㅇ) I went because an acquaintance had bulbous nose correction there and recommended it. I went without knowing anything, but they kindly explained the surgery types, materials, etc. on paper, and the fact that the A/S period is 10 years made me trust them the most. My acquaintance’s result is so natural that at first glance it isn’t a pretty or glamorous nose,, but I still want it to be somewhat noticeable. During the consultation, I felt like they would adjust things well to match me. But if you want a glamorous celebrity/influencer-style nose, I think you need to clearly say what you want. The provisional deposit is 100,000 won, so I made a provisional reservation for now. It was my first consultation, and I really liked it. They said alar reduction wasn’t necessary, and if needed, it could be done after the nose surgery!! They said they value proportions, so their priority is making sure the midface doesn’t look longer. 3D customized silicone + osteotomy if needed + cartilage tying using septal cartilage That’s what I heard!! 2. Clinic 2 (ㄱㅎㅈ) I went because I heard many celebrities go there, without designating a director. They use several floors and have many doctors, so it can feel like a factory-style clinic. The director explains things simply, but I hadn’t studied information about that director beforehand, so I didn’t have anything to ask I hope you definitely look at the director’s before-and-after photos and style before going. + The consultant recommended lower eyelid fat repositioning, but it didn’t feel like upselling. Because dark circles really are one of my usual concerns. They looked at my face and told me what could be improved, so I actually liked it. If I did lower eyelid fat repositioning together, they would give a discount, and it came out to around the same price as Clinic 1, so I thought it had some price merit. Here, they said my septal cartilage is small, so they might need to use another material too And when they lifted my nose with a cotton swab, they raised it more than I expected, so I thought their aesthetic leans toward a sophisticated look. 3. Clinic 3 (ㅊㅎㅅ) It seems like the director came out from another clinic and opened an independent practice? While looking at bulbous nose before-and-after photos, there were so many pretty review photos, it felt like they didn’t just change the nose, but changed the person’s whole image. I’m in my mid-30s,, and this clinic’s aesthetic feels like an early-to-mid-20s Instagram influencer vibe, so I can’t really imagine whether it would suit me. They said costal cartilage would need to be used,, and that even without alar reduction, just increasing the height would make it look smaller. The before-and-after photos are so pretty, but it feels like everyone ends up with a similar celebrity nose rather than preserving individual character, so I’m conflicted about this place If you want a noticeable result, try going here. Clinic 4 (ㅎㅅㅊ) I found this place while watching YouTube~ Surprisingly, there aren’t many before-and-after review photos, which is disappointing The director’s consultation was honestly the best! They pinpointed and found even the needs I didn’t really understand myself, like what exactly I wanted to change. Rather than just recommending a pretty nose, they recommended something that would suit my image and face, so I was more drawn to it~ There’s no separate reservation fee, and they said it would proceed at the price they quoted. Why are there so few reviews,, The director is cheerful and really nice. I think they said A/S is 1 year. They suggested osteotomy + septal cartilage + fat removal + only a thin layer of silicone. A bulbous nose also needs osteotomy and is a really difficult surgery, so I think it’s important to figure out what I want!! Whether I want to become a new image with a glamorous nose like an influencer / or just slightly reduce the nose without hurting my existing image  After going to 4 consultations, I feel like I found directors who seem likely to listen well to me, and I also feel like my knowledge of surgical methods has increased. I liked every place each time I went, so I’m torn. If you have recommended hospitals for bulbous nose correction, please let me know.
