I had nose surgery and went for a follow-up 1 year later. The director was kind, and there was no excessive upselling. Also, since it was a new building, the facilities were very clean and nice, and even though it was a follow-up consultation 1 year later, the consultant was kind, which was good. Parking also had valet support, so it was nice that I could visit comfortably.
