I have a hump and a recessed nasolabial angle, so I have a complex about my side profile. It would be my first surgery, but because I’m scared of silicone contracture, I prefer implant-free surgery using costal cartilage. I waited 1 year and went for a consultation at Byjun. There was no waiting; the director came in right away and did the consultation. They were kind, but I felt like they wanted to finish quickly, so it was hard to hold them longer and ask more questions. I had even prepared photos on my iPad, but I couldn’t show them. I had waited 1 year and had a lot I was curious about, so it felt disappointing and empty. Both the director and manager were really kind, but the short consultation time was disappointing. The consultation method was: take photos, then immediately analyze and retouch the face in Photoshop, and explain the surgical method and materials. They definitely have an aesthetic sense, and the direction they pursue is also clear. I want to do it at this clinic, but two things are bothering me, so I’m postponing the decision. First is the use of silicone. All 10 places I’ve consulted so far said implant-free was possible, and the atmosphere was more toward recommending implant-free surgery. Only Byjun said silicone needs to be inserted to get the shape and volume I want. When I listen to the doctor’s explanation, I understand it, but other clinics said it’s possible with costal cartilage, so I’m still thinking about it. According to the manager, silicone is safe, has almost no side effects, and they haven’t had that kind of problem at the clinic, but… honestly, that’s something no one can guarantee.. And this explanation took up the whole consultation time, so that was kind of… Second is the cost. Both Trend and Byjun quoted over ten million won for a first surgery. I knew roughly and went mentally prepared because both were known as expensive clinics, but for a first surgery, and when the difficulty isn’t that high, the price is way too excessive, so I need to think more. Hmm.. If you don’t ask separately, they don’t tell you about possible discounts, so I also didn’t hear an explanation

RU gave me the highest quote. First, I think the clinic had a brown-toned interior! I was really lucky to get a same-day canceled consultation slot, so I went in for a consultation. There was no waiting at all, and the consultant was kind t
