Everyone knows the Ultherapy device has been upgraded, right? These days, so many dermatology clinics are marketing with this, I’ve had Ultherapy twice so far, and this was my 3rd time. Somehow, I ended up getting all 3 sessions at different places lol Only limited places have Ultherapy Prime, so I even looked it up in advance before getting it done.. I’ve always done Ultherapy without sedation so far. If I’m sedated, I get sleepy and exhausted all day, so even if it hurts, I just endure it and get it done. Ultherapy Prime is a bit less painful than the existing one (but I’m not saying it doesn’t hurt.. lol) I always get 300 shots, and the total time it takes has also shortened. I guess what Merz emphasizes is somewhat true? Immediately after the procedure: my cheeks swelled up like I had candy in them, and my jaw also throbbed. Day 3: no bruising or pain, but the swelling was still slightly there. One week: felt like all the swelling had gone down, and I didn’t feel pain except when opening my mouth. Now: no swelling or pain, and it feels the same as usual. From my perspective, comparing the existing Ultherapy and Ultherapy Prime, the pain and swelling were reduced and went down faster. Before, I tended to swell quite a bit after Ultherapy, so I could feel that difference. But if you ask whether there’s a big difference in “effect” compared with the existing Ultherapy, I’m still not sure... Well, it has only been 2 weeks since I got it done, but I don’t feel like the results show faster or that there’s a big difference. If they just added the name Prime and raised the price without better results, I’d be mad... lol At least the place I went to said they’ll charge the existing Ultherapy price for the time being, so even if the effect is similar, I’d be less mad..;; Ultherapy has always suited me well whenever I got it, so I chose it this time too without much hesitation, but don’t let down my expectations... lololol Like 0 Sympathy emoticon Translating Would you like to scrap this review? +0 This review is a surgery review pursuing a natural-looking result.
