I went to the dentist for almost 2 years to get my teeth straightened. At first I went almost once a day, two or three times a week, then once a month, then once every three months. Now I only wear the retainer. I had extraction orthodontics, so I had 4 molars removed from the upper and lower jaws, and 4 wisdom teeth removed tooㅠㅠ It was so hard. I had TMJ issues on one side of my jaw, but it seems orthodontics couldn’t fix that. Also, because this was protrusion correction, I got nasolabial foldsㅠㅠ I thought it would be fine, but they got darker over time, so it’s stressful.
