When I first went for a consultation for double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty, they were kind and gave a very detailed consultation. Then I booked the surgery right away and went in for it, but during the consultation right before surgery, when they were setting the line, they said the line they originally said was possible was impossible; for the epicanthoplasty too, they didn’t even show it properly and just said, “This much should be fine, right?”; and in the operating room right before surgery, they said, “Doing consultations is work too, I’m exhausted to death~” lol The client right in front of them could hear everything ^^ ㅎ
