I was always stressed because my nasal tip felt blunt and spread out, so I had surgery at a clinic. Looking at the photos I took before surgery, my nose was even lower and puffier than I remembered... Anyway, a lot of the swelling has gone down now, and I don’t really have any discomfort in daily life. After surgery, my nose definitely has more presence, so my face has more dimension, and I like both the shape and the height >< Until about one month, even smiling was uncomfortable, my expressions felt awkward, and my nose felt tight. Everything was just full of discomfort, so I thought, ah, this isn’t easy. But it seems like everything loosens up as time passes. I’m still being careful not to irritate my nose, but it’s much more comfortable than in the beginning. The materials used were silicone, septal cartilage, and costal cartilage, and I had bulbous nose correction and short nose correction together.
