When I was in 8th grade, my mom found a hospital that was said to be good at double eyelid surgery, and I had double eyelid surgery there. Back then I didn’t know that you should look at the doctor, not the hospital ㅜ.ㅜ It was a big hospital, but as far as I know, I had it done by the most junior doctor. I don’t think that doctor works at that hospital now. At first, I had incisions on both sides + ptosis correction + epicanthoplasty, but the line on my left eye was low and lacked strength ㅠ So I had only the left eye redone as A/S by the same doctor. The line only got bigger….. and it rather looked like the skin was protruding? That’s what happened ㅠ.ㅠ Now that I’m an adult and saved up some money from part-time work, I’m going to have another revision surgery!!!!!! I went for a consultation last week and even set the surgery date. For the problematic left eye, we decided on double-structure opening, and for the right eye, only slightly raising the line! It was my first time learning about double-structure opening, and they said it has many side effects. I got worried, searched and searched, and ended up here. I hope it turns out well…… ㅎㅎ My surgery is in three weeks, so I’ll post a review!!
