When I smile, the shape of my aegyo-sal shows, but when my face is normally expressionless, the shape of the aegyo-sal doesn’t show at all.. I’ll have to go to a clinic and get a consultation, but usually in this kind of case, if the fat under the aegyo-sal is removed, does the aegyo-sal that was originally there become visible even when expressionless?
