I had inner canthal revision about 4 years ago. I had overdone the inner canthoplasty too much, so the lacrimal caruncle was fully exposed, there were fingernail marks, white scars, keloid-like scarring, and indentations everywhere~ My eyes also wouldn’t fully close, and my dry eye got much worse. I consulted three famous places for revision and the last one I went to was Eve. They said they would try to remove as much of the inner canthoplasty scar as possible, but 100% removal was impossible. I should expect 70-80%, and revision scars could also remain. Among the clinics I consulted, this one was the most thorough, careful, kind, and honest over a long consultation, so I had the surgery here. The doctor even removed the sutures one by one on the operating table. As the doctor said, the inner canthal scar seems to have improved by about 70%. Instead, because they had to pull the skin forward, there are a few layers of wrinkles near the inner corner when I squeeze my eyes shut tightly, but I think only I know about that. Only I seem to know about the revision scar too.. My friends don’t really notice (it’s something makeup can cover). Anyway, Doctor, please take my bow. May you live a long and healthy life.
