I went for a consultation a year ago, and in the end I’m now rethinking whether to have surgery here. In my case, my natural eyes were open at the inner corner and showed a lot of the medial canthus, but when I had double eyelid surgery before, they also did an epicanthoplasty, which left me with asymmetry and even more visible medial canthus. What stresses me out most is the asymmetry, so my position is that I want to correct that while closing the medial canthus as little as possible and having it restored without looking rounded. But even though my case is not severe at all, when I go to other clinics for epicanthoplasty consultations, they all say it will become round and be closed a lot.. So I had put it off, and because I had been stressed and 고민한 for years, by the time I visited this clinic I had accumulated a lot of years of... questions, so the consultation was thorough. The director doesn’t seem like the type who explains every little thing one by one, but if you ask, he does tell you everything. I didn’t feel bad about it. I was worried, so I asked about certain topics multiple times, and he kept explaining them calmly and well. Also, when I asked to see photos of cases similar to mine or cases not uploaded by the clinic, he showed them to me and explained. They said here they can also match the amount of restoration as much as I want. I think I went to about 7 clinics for epicanthoplasty consultations (mostly famous ones), and this was the first time I thought, okay, if I were to have surgery, this place would be fine... Even so, the reason I didn’t go through with it for a year was being busy + although the consultation was good, I was worried I might end up looking blunt if I actually did it.... But lately the stress has gotten worse again, so rather than suffering like this for 1n years, I think it would be better to do it. I rambled a lot, but because it’s such a hit-or-miss surgery, I just hope it turns out well...
