Hu<hu>hu<hu> These are unedited photos except for the mosaic over my eyes.. Because of the angles, lighting, and makeup, I feel like the height and line may not show clearly.. What do you think? Both are photos after surgery lol (I’m not uploading pre-op photos because I don’t have any recent ones.. I take way too many selfies;) Since it was revision rhinoplasty, I already expected the cost to be fairly high to some extent, and I changed the material on the day of surgery. I was scared of autologous costal cartilage, so I decided to use donated costal cartilage instead haha If I end up needing another revision later, what then.. At that point, I feel like I might really have to use autologous costal cartilageㅠ I just hope that never happens now... I didn’t want the nasal tip to look too pointy, excessive, or overly high, but I also felt that a very straight look wouldn’t suit me either. So I wanted a natural yet refined look, with the nasal tip slightly rounded and a straight-with-a-slight-curve line, close to a subtle upturned curve. During the consultation, I explained it in a really complicated and difficult way, but the director placed my nose photos down and quickly sketched over them, and I felt like he immediately picked up on the key points, so I had the surgery feeling reassured. Right now, I’m really satisfied with the shape of my nose.
