At first, I got about 100 units of trapezius Botox, and a year later, when I got it for the second time at another hospital, I got 200 units. The first time, I got it at an event price at a clinic in Gangnam. There were a lot of people and it was done quickly, so I don’t remember it well, but for the price, the effect was good.
For the second hospital, I got it at a dermatology clinic near my house, but after getting it, I had underarm hair removal at another dermatology clinic, so maybe because I lay down right away, it didn’t have the effect of having received twice the first dose. (Never lie down after getting Botox ㅠㅠ)
Since I always carry a 15-inch laptop for work, whenever I go somewhere ㅠㅠ people ask if I’m an athlete ㅠㅠ My trapezius muscles are really developed and my shoulder stiffness is severe, so I started getting Botox. Maybe because my case is severe, after about 1-2 months it definitely improves visibly (right after or after 1 month I don’t really notice, but I definitely feel it 6-8 months later as the trapezius rises again), and from about 2 days after, the habitual shoulder stiffness almost completely disappears. So I get about 200 units once a year.
Cost is important when choosing a hospital, but I think the doctor is the most important!
