I had breast surgery at a fairly famous clinic in Apgujeong at the end of August last year, and now I’m 5 months post-op.
Since after surgery, I had absolutely no sensation in 80 percent of my left breast, including the nipple, and it is still the same now haha. The clinic kept being irresponsible, saying it would come back. The right side is fine, but on the left, it seems the nerve is completely damaged lol
Not only that, I have had continuous pain? in the lower + side area of that numb left breast. (If I have no sensation but can still feel pain, how badly must something have gone wrong...) I went to the clinic, and that bastard doctor squeezed my breast a few times lol and said, "You put in something that big, so of course the sensation gets dull, and there’s no way it wouldn’t hurt." lolololololol When he said that, I thought, ah.. I really chose the wrong clinic, and only then did regret hit me..ㅠ fuck
Hmm. From about 3 months post-op, the pain became less, and later it went away completely, so I felt relieved, thinking it had been part of the recovery process.
But starting the day before yesterday, a sharp, unpleasant muscle-ache-like pain, enough to wake me up while sleeping, started again in the same area, and I could barely move throughout the Lunar New Year holiday. I called the clinic where I had surgery, and they said it would get better and asked me to come in, but when I asked if they had an ultrasound machine, they said they don’t? lololol Then what exactly are they planning to do if I come in? Are they going to grope it again and say it’ll get better? lolol
I’m planning to go to another breast specialist surgery clinic and get a proper exam, whether ultrasound or whatever, but today is a substitute holiday, so many clinics are closed too. Fuck, I’m worried about what I should do... ㅠ Don’t choose a clinic like this that lures you in with empty words and then acts like it’s none of their business after surgery. Choose carefully and go somewhere that provides proper aftercare ^^ㅠ
