Should I get revision eye surgery with non-incisional sutures or an incision...?

I had non-incisional double eyelid surgery 13 years ago and was doing fine, but after having a child, my skin sagged and one side completely came undoneㅠ The line on the other side has also dropped too much, so this time I want revision surgery to raise the lines on both sides. Since it’s a revision, I naturally assumed I’d have to do it with an incision, but only TB said non-incisional sutures would be possible…? Everyone else said it has to be done with an incision. I live overseas, so my return schedule is tight, and I also have to go straight back to work 2 weeks later (service industry), so hearing that non-incisional is possible is really tempting… What do you think? Should I trust the director at TB and try non-incisional sutures just this once? The TB director said my skin type isn’t one that would come undone very easily, but if it does come undone, it would be a hassle to come back to Korea for another revision, so I’m getting cautiousㅠㅠ Here are the consultation details from the clinics I’ve visited so far NN incision double eyelid surgery, in-out line SYY epicanthoplasty + incision, semi-out line TB both non-incisional/incisional possible, somewhere between in-out and semi-out (they did say that if I do it with an incision, the line would be deeper and more definite) JYJY incision, in-out line; suggested making the same line I had 10 years ago again Please give me some advice! It’s embarrassing, but I’ll upload photos of my eyes too
