My nasal tip droops too much, and I’d like it to be round and defined. I’m looking at ㅍㄹㅇㅂ, ㄹㅅㅌ, and ㄷㄷㅇ for revision rhinoplasty, and I also additionally looked at ㅈㅅㅌ and ㅂㅇㅂ. The additional places aren’t fixed yet. For my first surgery, they used ear cartilage, so I’m wondering if I should use costal cartilage this time. If anyone here had surgery at these places, could you share information about the nasal materials and the doctor?
