I had very severe inner double eyelids! So I was almost monolid, on one side only. The other side was a slightly visible inner double eyelid? something like that, so the difference between the two was huge, and it was a complex for me.
I had surgery around February 15 last year.
I had epicanthoplasty, partial incision, and even ptosis correction on the eye that was almost monolid.
It’s almost been a year, but I still have a little swelling. But I prefer having a bit of a crease rather than something too thin and natural, so this current state is just right, but I don’t know how to maintain it.
I’m even scared to put on makeup in case it comes undone lol
I didn’t do any special aftercare; I just didn’t rub my eyes often. Because it was partial incision, I felt like it might come undone..
So I think it has been maintained somewhat!
And after epicanthoplasty, I like that my nasal bridge looks a bit more defined, and since I have double eyelids, makeup is easier and better too.
I think the eye that had ptosis correction turned out prettier, so if you need it, I definitely recommend getting ptosis correction. Because it looks prettier lol
