I had breast surgery in 2002. Back then I really knew nothing, so I went through a lot. I had saline implants, so the shape was passable, but when touched, there was a strong implant feel.. About 7 years later, one breast’s saline implant ruptured, so I had revision surgery.. They said it wouldn’t rupture even if a tank ran over it.. I only paid for the surgery on the other side and the cohesive gel implant cost, and had revision surgery through the inframammary fold. The scar is still there. Even with laser treatment, it’s where the bra sits, so it doesn’t disappear easilyㅠㅠ Compared with the first time, it wasn’t as painful and recovery was faster. Because I didn’t get greedy about size and kept them small, the texture and appearance don’t feel off-putting. My friend went unreasonably large for her body, and the texture wasn’t great and it looked somewhat awkward. After having breast surgery twice.. I started thinking that I don’t know what will happen after another 10 or so years. For me, after breast revision, nose revision, and also having paranasal augmentation then removing the implant, I realized that meeting a conscientious hospital is more important than getting surgery cheaply.. I hope everyone thinks carefully too.
