<Before surgery><Week 2><Month 1>Hello! I recently had under-eye fat repositioning surgery at a plastic surgery clinic. I’m leaving an honest review with photos from before surgery, week 2, and month 1, hoping it helps those who are considering it. Before surgery: The bulging fat under my eyes was quite prominent, so I always looked tired and my dark circles looked severe. Makeup couldn’t cover it, and it was stressful that my whole impression always looked exhausted. During the consultation, the director examined my eye structure and even my skin thickness in detail, and explained how they would naturally coordinate the fat repositioning method and, where needed, fat removal as well, so I felt reassured and decided to proceed. The atmosphere inside the clinic was very clean and the staff were kind, so I felt trust from the first visit. Week 2: Right after surgery, I had bruising and swelling, but after one week they started going down rapidly. As you can see in the photo taken at week 2, the bruising had almost disappeared, and only slight swelling remained. Most of all, I noticed that the line under my eyes had become smooth. People around me also said a lot that I didn’t look tired, and I heard that it looked natural and wasn’t obvious. Month 1: Now even the swelling is completely gone and everything has fully settled. The under-eye area is definitely smoother, and the dark circles are less prominent, so my overall facial impression has become much brighter and clearer. If you compare it with the before-surgery photo, you’ll definitely feel the difference. I’m very satisfied because I don’t have to apply under-eye concealer thickly when doing makeup! Overall: What I’m most satisfied with is that it improved naturally without feeling overly changed. I’m truly grateful to the plastic surgery clinic for carefully handling everything from consultation to surgery and aftercare. If you’re considering it, I think it would be good to refer to my photos and try getting a consultation.
