Everything Was Opened Up

I usually had forehead wrinkles and felt uncomfortable because I had to lift my head every time I opened my eyes wide, so I decided to get ptosis correction. Since I have a lot of fat in my eyes, I was worried that non-incisional double eyelid surgery might come undone again, so I looked into the incisional method. I was also worried that if I got double eyelids, my eyes would only become rounder, so I decided to get posterior canthoplasty as well !  There was a slight delay during the consultation, but both the consultant and the director were kind and explained everything in detail, so rather than feeling like I was waiting, it felt like they were paying even more attention to me. During the surgery, I had sleep anesthesia twice in total, and both times the directors explained things well and finished everything smoothly without making me worry. On the day of surgery, I definitely think it would have been hard to be discharged without a guardian. The double vision was really severe and I felt dizzy. After that, I struggled for about a week because of conjunctival edema and blurry vision, but since this was a surgery I had gone into expecting that much, I wasn’t worried ! It’s been about 2 weeks now, and when I open my eyes, my forehead no longer wrinkles and my eyes look clearer ! The swelling still hasn’t gone down much, but since it was incisional, I think I need to keep watching it a little longer. The outer corners of my eyes were opened up a lot too, so they feel refreshed haha
