At first, I had eye surgery with the buried suture method, but the line came undoneㅠ Once it came undone, my eyes looked dull and uneven, so I was really stressed and eventually decided to have revision surgery. This time, I wanted to set the line more securely, so I had surgery with an incisional method at ㅇㅇㅂ Plastic Surgery. It has now been exactly two months since the surgery, so I’ll share my experience! Changes 2 months after surgery Swelling status It has definitely gone down compared to the 1-month mark, but there is still some slight swelling left! Especially in the morning, it feels swollen, then goes down a bit by the afternoon! Line changes It’s definitely becoming more natural than at first! It still feels slightly high, but they said it will come down more! Scar & skin changes The scar at the incision site was a deep red at first, but now it’s getting lighter! With makeup on, it’s barely noticeable! Since it was eye surgery, I didn’t have any major discomfort in daily life after the surgery, and I’m relieved because I think this revision surgery turned out successfully! If you had the buried suture method like me and are worried because it came undone, it may be worth considering the incisional method. The speed at which swelling goes down differs from person to person, but by 2 months, it feels like things have settled to some extent! Don’t be too upset just because it’s revision surgery. If you look into clinics carefully and have the surgery, you’ll be able to get a line you’re satisfied with!
