I’m happy because it seems like the swelling and hard lumps are going away better than I expected. I recently had radiofrequency treatment, and the therapist said there weren’t many hardened areas. I said I had been working hard on massage and stretching, and she told me I did well ㅎㅎㅎ She said it would go down soon, so I’m not worrying and am diligently massaging!!
Until week 4, my arms wouldn’t go up no matter how much I massaged and stretched, but now they go up freely!!!
I also had a progress consultation with the consultant, and she said that when she looked, there was still swelling and hard lumps left, but a lot had already gone down and the line had become pretty.
