I had a consultation here and even had the surgery, but the result was the worst. The double eyelids became uneven, and the overall impression became scary, like a criminal's eyes, unlike what I had expected... The double-eyelid line is buried at the front and middle, and only pops out at the end, so it looks really weird. What's more, even though I had incision surgery, the left side came completely undone in just 3 months, and the right side formed the double eyelid below the incision line. Honestly, I regret not turning back time and going to another hospital... I struggled for months just looking in the mirror. I didn't take photos at all.. Maybe around 4 to 5 months later, I went back and said the double eyelids were uneven and one had come undone. They admitted the one had come undone, but when I said the double eyelids were uneven, what? They said it wasn't a double eyelid, it was a crease? That kind of nonsense... I was speechless. There was no double eyelid on the incision line, and the double eyelid formed below it, so yes, the crease became a double eyelid, but it was still the result of surgery and ended up uneven like this, yet they tried not to admit it with some bizarre wording. And when I said I wanted to raise the line again because the front and middle parts are too buried and only the end shows, and asked if it could be raised, they immediately said I had sunken eyes. Before the double-eyelid surgery, people had said I had big, pretty eyes, and I had never once been told I had sunken eyes, nor did I ever think of myself that way. I do admit that after the surgery to lower the line, it now looks like sunken eyes. And their attitude was outrageous. It's not like I was demanding it by yelling and insisting, and I didn't understand why it couldn't be done or why raising the line was automatically called sausage eyes. Even when I explained it again calmly, they suddenly got angry and kept saying, "You have sunken eyes, sunken eyes!!!!!!!!". I was already depressed because my impression got so much worse after the surgery here, but they refused to admit the asymmetry, and even when I asked whether the line could be raised, they gave no detailed explanation and just said no, asking if I wanted sausage eyes. When they shouted at me during the consultation, I was already upset and felt like crying. They say revision surgery would be free if I did it here, but I decided to just do it somewhere else. When I chatted with the staff later on KakaoTalk, even the staff agreed that the surgeon had spoken way too harshly that day. Also, when I went for the revision consultation, it had been only about 3 to 4 months since the first surgery, not even 6 months, and the surgeon told me I didn't need to wait 6 months and could do it right away. But after I went to another hospital for a consultation after 6 months, they said that even if they set the line now, it would cause problems with the inner eye corner line... They said it was safest to wait at least 6 more months from now and then consult again..... After hearing the other hospital's opinion, my trust in this place really dropped to the absolute bottom. Thank goodness I didn't do the revision here even though it was free..
What I wrote above was about the revision consultation, and even during the first consultation, whether they were just trusting their own skill or not, they didn't give a detailed consultation and it ended in under 5 minutes, basically just 2 to 3 minutes. And that was even after I asked several questions... What a waste of time. Seriously, the consultation, the surgery, and the revision consultation, everything is handled in a super careless way according to the director's personality, and if they get annoyed, they bark at the customer. It's really infuriating.... I went here for nothing and then got the incision surgery for nothing too... I really should have gone to another hospital.... If you want to erase your double-eyelid line completely or make it extremely exaggerated, like sausage eyes, only people at those two extremes should go there. The consultation will be done very carelessly.. I seriously regret having surgery here...
