Because of the canthoplasty surgery I had 5 years ago, I ended up with every kind of scar that can form around the eyes. The lateral canthoplasty scar is the most striking. In the end, I did have the lateral canthoplasty restored, but even after restoration, the indentation behind the eye and hyperpigmentation remain the same. Even now, I am going to a dermatologist for hyperpigmentation treatment.
