I bought a 4-session package of Perfect Laser (500,000 KRW) for skin care and toning after freckle removal, and in between sessions, the director mixed in/added Yellow Laser and IPL treatments for free depending on my skin condition, so the results may differ from receiving only 4 sessions of Perfect Laser.
It’s a small to medium-sized dermatology clinic located in Yangcheon-gu. My work is extremely busy, so I was looking for a dermatology clinic near my workplace and happened to go there.
At first, I didn’t have high expectations, but the director examines the skin really thoroughly and reflects everything the patient says. For example, if freckles remain in the areas you wanted after 3 IPL sessions, they provide full free A/S regardless of the number, and they also laser only the freckles that still didn’t disappear until the end. (Usually, since IPL itself is applied overall, clinics explain that which freckles disappear is random, and therefore if you want to remove additional freckles that didn’t disappear, they tell you to pay for IPL again.)
Back to the Perfect Laser review, seriously... I originally didn’t have many skin concerns other than freckles, so I didn’t expect much beyond resolving pigmentation issues, but this was really, really good. From after the second treatment, I could clearly tell my skin texture was improving, and my complexion also became brighter. To the point where going up one foundation shade number didn’t look awkward? I think my actual tone improved by about half a tone, not a full tone. The remaining freckles/melasma-like pigmentation also faded a lot. After exactly 4 sessions, it changed enough to make me think, “Oh!” and compared with other laser treatments, the results were dramatic. The maintenance period also seems long~
There were no particular side effects, and I don’t know if it was just me, but after getting it, my skin did become a bit reddish and hot. But it all got better after sleeping one night, so I intentionally scheduled treatments on days when I had no plans haha
Personally, compared with Yellow Laser and other laser treatments, I was most satisfied with Perfect Laser~
