<The columella is too visible from the front .. >Hello .. I’ve only been reading posts every time, and this is my first time writing. It’s been 5 days since surgery, and I had closed rhinoplasty with ear cartilage on one side and cartilage tying .. My nose was originally a little upturned, small, and low, so I asked without being greedy, just to raise the nasal tip slightly and to make the nostrils show less.. They said the cartilage tying was done to lower the slightly upturned nose a bit and to make the nostrils show less, but compared to before surgery, it has become even more upturned, like a pig nose. The columella is also too clearly visible in a straight line from the front, and it has become bumpy (it wasn’t like that originally). Of course, since it’s day 5 after surgery, it could be swollen. But no matter how swollen it is, I don’t think this is right, so I’m writing this .. Should I have the cartilage tying released? I regret it so much.
