Overall, not bad. I was worried because I had seen many posts saying they were blunt and unfriendly, but they answered questions well. I think you need to go in with a clear understanding of what you want in order to get a lot out of the consultation. There are some parts that are slightly different from my preferred surgical method, so I plan to decide after a second consultation.
