<Eyes before surgery (natural double eyelids, had previous medial, lateral, and lower canthoplasty, had natural adhesion surgery twice to fix the double eyelids, but had them released again due to severe swelling, and it had been over 6 months since release)><The day after surgery><The night of the surgery, immediately after><Day 4 after surgery>Hello, 6 days ago I had quick suture double-eyelid surgery with Director Kim Ju-ho at Custom Plastic Surgery. My eyes originally had double eyelids, but as I got older, the line kept changing often, so I wanted to fix it at the highest line and was looking into suture-method surgery. Actually, last year I also had natural adhesion surgery at another hospital to fix the line, but the fixation was too deep and severe swelling lasted for over a month, making daily life difficult, so I had it restored to its original state. Since I had the threads removed, it still counted as revision surgery, so I carefully considered clinics. I had already gone to consultations at more than ten well-known clinics since last year, so this time I chose the clinic based on communication with the director and my own feeling. Custom Plastic Surgery is a clinic where the representative director performs surgery alone, so I trusted the aftercare. During the preoperative design, the director listened thoroughly to my needs and designed it carefully to create the result I wanted. The surgery took about 30 minutes, and because I had sleep anesthesia after surgery, I finished the surgery comfortably without pain, rested for a long time, and was able to go home. Since my double-eyelid height was quite high, I had expected major swelling. But compared with the swelling from my first surgery last year, it was really, really mild, and the photo I’m posting here is from day 4, when the swelling had gone down enough for daily life. When I had discomfort or questions and left an inquiry through the clinic KakaoTalk, the staff responded quickly by phone, which was reassuring. What matters most is the output. I’ll show you in photos. I wanted the design to stay within a range that didn’t differ much from my original eyes, and the director tried to correct the asymmetry of my eyes. Honestly, I don’t really care much about asymmetry (my eyes had been very asymmetrical since they were natural, and I actually felt that made them look more natural), but after surgery, the size difference between the left and right eyes has decreased a lot, so I’m even more satisfied. I didn’t have much time for recovery after surgery because of work, so I chose quick suture, and I really like this line. When I have time, I’ll go get lower blepharoplasty too. Thank you.
