First of all, they explained everything in a very detailed and professional way. Before the consultation, they took photos, printed them out, and explained everything while looking at them with me. They explained in detail why my eyes are difficult. They said that because I already have a double eyelid, I could never get satisfaction from double eyelid surgery alone. They said that if I did burial-style stitches, I’d end up with sausage eyes instead, and that they would become oddly worse than before surgery. They said that with burial-style stitches, the predicted line and the actual result are likely to differ, so rather than assuming it’ll come out pretty, you have to plan the surgery assuming it could turn out badly, and take a conservative approach. They explained everything so thoroughly that some parts were actually hard to follow in the middle, but thanks to that I became more certain about incision surgery. Overall, they were calm and explained things in a very gentle, detailed way. I was worried about dual canthoplasty because of side effects, but when I mentioned it, they reassured me that such cases are rare and that it’s a safe procedure, which made me trust them. Also, it’s not a huge factory-style hospital, and I heard it’s just one director doing the surgeries, and that they don’t do that many operations in a day. So in that sense, I trust them quite a lot. The hospital feels very clean, stylish, and quiet.
